Well if you’re wondering where I’ve been, you clearly aren’t subscribed to my YouTube channel yet. For those of you who haven’t heard, I am vlogging my fitness journey everyday for the month of June and possibly after.
I have been wanting to start daily vlogging for a while now but didn’t think there would be much interest for it. I got my push from another fellow daily fitness vlogger TrulyJess on Youtube and I am loving it. Its an easy way for me to share my daily meal plan and workout routines. I answer a lot of questions regarding what I do to stay in shape and eat healthy as I go about my day. Its really been holding me accountable. In fact, I even committed to the full 63 days of INSANITY…What?!!! Yeah, you read that right. I am going to dig deeper! Ha, Ha.
I’ve owned INSANITY for a little over a year now, but never really followed the program as it was designed. I mainly used it as my AM cardio sessions here and there but, I committed a week ago today to the full program.
So far I am loving it, hating it, struggling but pushing myself harder each day. I love the idea behind the whole BeachBody company, workouts you can do at home on your own time is exactly up my alley. Its my idea of making fitness fit your lifestyle.
I am so excited to be documenting this journey. Often we don’t get to see the hard work that we all put into our exercise routines and eating habits and I think this is a perfect way for other people to get ideas and witness my own daily struggles and achievements. I hope you all can relate to me and that I can inspire you to keep pushing towards your goals.
